Purchase Agreement/Health Guarantee


Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.


This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well being of the puppy. Purchase Agreement Please read the health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.


We require DIFFERENT VALUE depositS ACCORDING WITH THE VALUE OF THE PUPPY in order to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit can only be in the form of cash, sent by western union, money gram, ria or bank transfer.ALSO IS POSSIBLE PAYPALL, family and friends only.


This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.

Health Guarantee


It will be up to us, the breeders, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. Usually at the age of 4 months old.We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. There is an additional euro10 a day charge for puppies kept longer than 4 months of age but only until the age of 5 months and half old.After that age if the puppy is not paid in full and the shipping price will not be paid also in full to the shipping company (choosen by the seller) the seller will put the puppy for sale again and the buyer will lose the deposit or all the money he sent until that time.


The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and will have been vet checked.The puppy will be up to date on shots and worming at the time of pick up/or shipping time of the puppy.


The buyer, at their own expense, should have the puppy examined by a Licensed Vet within 48 hours of receiving the puppy.


Documentation must be sent to the breeder within ten days in order for the Health Guarantee to be honored. If within 48 hours, a Licensed Vet finds the puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy may be returned for a full refund - provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy for purchase. Underbites unless they are severe enough to cause health problems are not covered.  


Guarantee regarding the size of the dog or its ability to breed can not be made.   All female dogs purchased with full registration can not be bred before 12 months of age.  Breeding before that age, Avoids health guarantee.  Guarantee is not transferrable.


Puppies are at risk for Coccidia, and Giardia which are bloody stools which are often associated with the stress of shipping, a new home, new food, new people, change of climate or surroundings, etc. Puppies that are shipped also seem more prone to have bouts with Coccidia or Giardia.


Another thing that may show up with shipping and or the stress of moving and a new home is Kennel cough (Bordatella – a raspy couch may be signs of this) which is common in dogs that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected with kennel cough, Coccidia or Giardia on their own and are not life threatening. You need to be aware that these things can arise and that they are usually not serious (even though seeing bloody stools can seem serious) and can be easily treated. WE WILL NOT AND DO NOT COVER THE ABOVE LISTED ISSUES. Seller HIGHLY recommends you (the Buyer) do not place your puppy on the ground in public places until their immune system is better developed after 18 weeks of age. We also HIGHLY recommend you do NOT visit dog parks/doggie day cares.


These places are breeding grounds for disease and illness even for vaccinated adult dogs!


This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog/bully breeds some may consider normal or beyond our control such as: Cherry eye, entropian or loose hips, stenotic nares (loud sounding or "sniffing" when breathing).


We cannot guarantee the puppy will not contract mange in the future. Mange is a multifunctional genetic disease that can be transmitted in a recessive manner. There is much dispute between experts as to the differing specific causes of mange, including environment, stress and nutrition. Therefore we cannot guarantee against it. We are not geneticists and cannot predict genetic problems. Many believe diet and stress are causes of mange and we have no way of controlling if the buyer is properly caring for the dogs. We do not knowingly breed dogs that have undesirable conditions such as mange, but we cannot guarantee that previous generations did not have these conditions in their line, unbeknownst to us. Every line of dogs has some issues common to their breed.You also certainly had seen videos and pictures with the parents and all the dogs from the puppy|s pedigree, dogs that were born in our kennel and no one have that kind of problem.


1. Life threating heart defects (heart murmurs must be a grade 3 or higher to warrant a replacement. Neurological disorders are also guarantee if are not caused by a trauma. Luxating patellas (must be at least a grade 3 to warrant a replacement). Severe hip dysplasia (must be confirmed by xray and be graded severe and requiring euthanasia or surgery. Mild/moderate dysplasia is not covered as it is impossible to determine if it is congenital or environmental. Environmental means through repeated trauma to the undeveloped joints through rough play, too much exercise, jumping on and off of furniture and decks, etc.).


***severe spinal abnormalities*** Bulldog,type dogs and also some of the amErican bully have at least one hemivertebrae, if not more. Replacements for spinal issues will be discussed on a case by case basis considering the quality of life of your dog, the opinion of your vet and whether surgery is necessary. (Please do not let your dog jump from high surfaces, as this can increase the chances of a ‘normal’ hemivertebrate becoming problematic). Hemi vertebrae found in routine xray that are not problematic will NOT be considered for replacement. This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer. The breeder assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale. The breeder can not assume responsibility for this puppy after 48 hours of the shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy must be treated with great care and protected from danger.


This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias. However, the breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale. The breeder assumes no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems.


The breeder does not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy's parents and the weight of other puppies out of that mating. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics. Buyer understands that the Seller makes no guarantee that they will be able to show the puppy as an adult regardless of show potentials visually perceived as a puppy. We do our best to produce dogs that are showable and breedable, but no one can guarantee the outcome of any puppy.


The breeder is not responsible for puppies which develop Hypoglycemia after the puppy is in the new owner's possession. The buyer will receive information on what to do if this occurs.


We guarantee that this puppy is a AMERICAN BULLY and is a registered dog The specific puppy being sold from this contract is eligible for /ABKC Registration.buyer is also responsible for the address where the papers will be sent, another set of papers will be done on the buyer cost if they will not arrive to the destination because of that error.It is the buyer’s responsibility to submit all paperwork to register the puppy for ABKC after he will receive the blue slip from us and pay all appropriate fees.  once a breeding dog produces his/her litter, this entire warranty ends, regardless of the age of the dog.


Any other LIFE THREATING CONGENITAL defects will be discussed on a case by case basis. Buyer understands that conditions not listed in this contract are not guaranteed for replacement.  


Buyer declares that they have done their research on the breed they have chosen and are fully aware of the health risks associated with this breed as well as training and housing requirements.


Buyer understands that American Bully is extremely sensitive to heat and extreme cold and are meant to be INDOOR dogs only. All precautions should be taken to protect them during outings in hot or extreme cold weather. Any outside temperatures over 28 degrees, especially in humid climates, can be deadly to your BULLY. Heat stroke can happen in MINUTES!


Buyer understands and is fully aware that NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON other than those stated in this agreement.  Seller guarantees said puppy, until it turns ONE year old, is free from any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects related to the following conditions only:


All puppies will have a full health check prior to leaving the Seller.


Should this puppy be found to have a life threatening congenital defect, as listed above, by said puppy's 1st birthday, the puppy may, upon a written and conclusive diagnosis containing the congenital defect and a description of the puppy in question from a veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for another puppy of equal value when one is available or a refund (minus the cost of shipping) which option is at the discretion of the Breeder/Seller. Return shipping/transportation are the responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping costs/transportation for a replacement puppy is also the responsibility of the Buyer.


If the quality of life of said puppy is severely affected the Seller asks that the puppy be humanely euthanized by a veterinarian and that a written and conclusive diagnosis and a description of the puppy along with the registration papers be returned to the Seller before a replacement puppy will be offered. Shipping costs/transportation for a replacement puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer.


 If the quality of life of said puppy is not severely affected and the Buyer wishes to keep the puppy they may do so. If the Buyer chooses to keep the puppy the Buyer must spay/neuter the puppy and documentation of this by a veterinarian along with a written conclusive diagnosis and the registration papers  must be returned to the Seller. If the affected puppy is kept by the Buyer they will have the option to purchase another puppy with a credit of 1/2 of their original purchase price towards another puppy of the same value.


In the case of sudden/unexpected death a necropsy must be performed, at the Buyer's expense, and a written and conclusive diagnosis stating that the cause of death is related to a congenital defect as listed above must be returned along with a copy of the necropsy report and the registration papers before a replacement puppy will be offered. Shipping costs/transportation for a replacement puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer.  



Buyer understands and agrees that the Seller is not responsible for any veterinary medical expenses incurred by the Buyer once said puppy has left possession of the Seller. Seller reserves the right to verify any information provided by the Buyer with the Buyer's vet.


If said puppy that Buyer has reserved should become ill, injured or die prior to leaving the Seller the Buyer will be offered a full refund of their deposit OR they may transfer their deposit to a future litter or another puppy if one is available. If Buyer chooses to transfer their deposit it will become non-refundable again except for reasons listed in this agreement.  At the expense of the Buyer, this puppy should be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to VALIDATE the Health Guarantee. Proof of the



Health Exam (a receipt for office exam will suffice) from the Buyer's veterinarian dated no more than 48 hours from the date said puppy is in the hands of the buyer MUST be emailed/mailed to the Seller immediately following the exam or the Guarantee is VOID. If a copy of the Health Exam is not received within 14 days of the date said puppy left the Seller's possession this Health Guarantee is VOID.


Should said puppy be found to be in ill health during the veterinarian exam, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the puppy may, upon a written and conclusive diagnosis and a description of the puppy in question from a veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for another puppy of equal value when one is available. Buyer understands that once the puppy leaves the Seller's possession there are some common conditions that can affect puppies that are NOT COVERED under this guarantee.


Buyer understands that there MUST BE A CONCLUSIVE DIAGNOSIS in writing from the Buyer's veterinarian before a replacement puppy will be offered for any congenital defect or condition listed in this contract. A speculative or inconclusive diagnosis WILL NOT warrant a replacement puppy from the Seller. No Exceptions!

If the Buyer is owed a replacement they must take their replacement within 12 months from the time the replacement was warranted. After 12 months the Buyer forfeits their right to a replacement.

ONE DAY BEFORE THE SHIPPIMG DAY, the buyer will receive a detailed video of the puppy including; teeth bite, tail, testicles if it is about a male, skin, movement and social skill, the puppy accept people to touch him and want to play with people and other puppies.ONLY After this video is agreed by the buyer, the puppy will be shipped. THE PUPPY IS NOT inhouse trained and we don t guarantee for the abillities of the puppy to be trained, all these depends on buyer training.
